Terms of Service

By creating a SaintlySingles account, or by using the app in any way, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the Community Standards, which are incorporated into this agreement. If you do not agree, please do not create an account.

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• You must be legally single — never married, divorced, or widowed. Members who are separated but not legally divorced may not join.
• You must provide accurate information about yourself and keep it current.
• You may hold only one account.

Every application for membership is reviewed before an account is approved.

• A government-issued photo ID is required with every application.
• Where you apply as a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, proof of Church membership is also required in the application form.
• We verify that you are a real person and, where claimed, a member of the Church.
• We may decline an application without giving a reason, and may re-run a verification check at any time.

• You are responsible for everything done under your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure.
• You keep ownership of the photos and text you submit. You grant Saintly Singles LLC a licence to store, display and distribute them within the service so the app can work.
• You confirm you have the right to post every photo you upload, and that it shows you.
• Deleting your account removes your profile from the app. Messages other members have received remain in their accounts.

You agree to follow the Community Standards in every conversation, get-together and event. In particular, you must not harass, bully, discriminate against or threaten anyone; post sexually suggestive or indecent content; ask other members for money, gifts or business; or impersonate another person.

• Paid features, where offered, are billed in advance and renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for.
• No refunds will be made for suspensions or removal.
• Prices may change; we will tell you before a change affects a plan you are paying for.

We may warn, suspend or remove accounts that do not follow these terms or the Community Standards, at our discretion. We may also remove content, restrict features or end the service. No refunds will be made for suspensions or removal.

SaintlySingles is designed to be safe and respectful, but we cannot guarantee the conduct of any member, the accuracy of any profile, or that a verification check reveals everything about a person. We do not screen members' criminal history. You are responsible for your own safety and the choices you make. Use good judgement, meet in public places, and report concerns.

• Automated access such as scraping, bots or data mining.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling or copying the app or its design.
• Using the service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these terms.
• Uploading malware, or attempting to gain access to other members' accounts or data.

The SaintlySingles name, branding and software belong to Saintly Singles LLC. SaintlySingles is independently operated and is not affiliated with or endorsed by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

We may change or withdraw features, and may update these terms. Where a change is significant we will tell you in the app or by email, and continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms excludes a liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent the law permits, Saintly Singles LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and its total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid for the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. Nothing here limits your consumer rights in the country where you live.
