Report a profile or message
Use the report option on the profile or message itself, so we can see exactly what you saw. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team, and we may warn, suspend or remove accounts that break our Community Standards.
Before you write
- Waiting on an application? Verification checks take a little time — we'll email you as soon as your application is decided.
- Asked for documents? A government-issued photo ID is required with every application, plus proof of Church membership if you apply as a member.
- Worried about a scam? Never send money or gifts to another member, and report anyone who asks.
If you are in immediate danger
Do not wait for an email. Contact your local emergency services — 000 in Australia, 111 in New Zealand — then let us know what happened so we can act on the account.
